We offer free returns and exchanges worldwide and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not correct, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. All PTT packages have a prepaid shipping label and return form. If you're a refund requests from outside Turkey, we'll give you a prepaid return label via e-mail.

Note: Returns and exchanges are valid only for unworn and unwashed goods. Products purchased in the last 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of a gift card, VORNİŞANTAŞI

Is return and exchange free?

Yes! However, we can only provide prepaid UPS labels. If you choose to opt out of our free UPS return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the correct return address. We are unable to refund return shipping costs.

 How long does a refund or exchange take?

Exchanges are processed immediately as long as we have the desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our qualified concierge team can help you find another product you might like. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as possible with order #, feedback on the item you want to return or exchange, and why the item is incomplete. We value all customer feedback.

 DAMAGE

If you are concerned that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Please include photos so that we can better assist you.
